Sailing requires three things: a boat, good conditions, and a crew hungry for adventure. The trickiest part is always assembling the right crew.

Last year I set sail for the first time with an amazing group of BackRoads staff, and after the journey we shared it became clear: this adventure had to happen again.

That’s how StaffSail was born — an adventure for the most pirate-like crew of the BR staff. We’ll spend a week sailing, carried by the wind, discovering new horizons, and celebrating the end of the season in the best possible company. This year we’re bringing it back for a second edition — this time sailing from Mallorca. Let’s keep creating unforgettable memories at sea.
