When my friend Hamid said to me, “I would love to come on one of your trips with my friends, would you like to organize it?” I eagerly agreed. The Canary Islands, so close and wild, immediately came to mind. So I called my pirate friend María, who didn’t hesitate to join the adventure with MissTick, her beautiful oceanic sailboat.
Thus began the first adventure of Viento Nómada: 10 days sailing from Lanzarote to Gran Canaria. We slept in wild bays, bivouacked on isolated beaches, and explored caves and small oases within ravines. A transformative journey for 5 friends and a sailboat.
